General♡
Wait times are up to me, I do always try to finish as soon as possible but I'm not a machine and have other things to do as well.
Please be patient with me, I will not tolerate any harassment or rushing.
I will always notify you if something comes up to change the wait time.I typically give you an estimated finish time please note that I do take weekends off and those are not counted in the estimate.Any and all estimated completion times are subject to change please be understanding.
Wips will be shown for progress on anything other than sketches.
Wips only include confirmation on sketches unless asked otherwise!
With your finished commission I will use them as examples of my work unless asked not to.My prices are subject to change at any time.
♡AI Generation♡
You may not in any way or form use my work for training AI or to be edited by AI generators! No exceptions! This includes commissions, commercial work, free art and my character designs!
♡NFT's♡
You may not use my work in any way for the use of NFT or NFT creation! This includes commissions, commercial work, free art and my character designs!
♡Sketches/Sketch Edits♡
I am very willing to change just about anything in the sketch process that is not correct or add a thing or two that is needed however YOU are responsible for mentioning EVERYTHING you want in the piece BEFORE I start sketching!
I understand if you forgot something but it is a hassle to have to keep adding things!If you need to add more than 2 small things I will start charging for the rest or if the additions are large/complex objects/elements.As stated at the beginning I am happy to change what is needed but I will only allow 1 free full sketch restart! The rest will be charged.
Please note that this is only because more than likely the sketch was incorrect due to lack of or incorrect info!I cannot stress this enough PLEASE BE DETAILED AND SPECIFIC!
If you feel unable to explain properly use image references as much as possible!
♡Edits♡
I do not allow any kind if edits made to any of my work without getting permission directly from me!
Some examples:
You may NOT color in a sketch you bought from me.
You may NOT add any sort of background to a piece you got from me.
You may NOT edit a preexisting image or background in any way! (This includes filters/color changes/adding small drawings/elements)
(This does not include FaceBook profile filters etc however you may not save/post the image with the filter on it)
You may edit the image into another size or file type for posting purposes such as toyhouse only.
You may also remove a background for sticker/pagedoll type situations.If you wish to make your commission into a background, collab, or into an existing image etc please get my permission first!Please if you want these things done I'm more than happy to do small edits for you myself or if you really want a background please purchase it with the commission.
♡Pickiness/Changes♡
I am super patient when it comes to details because I do understand the need for perfection, however I do have my limits such as the following:
My limit of times I can change things during the commission process is depending the commission and when someone says so many times that it's wrong, it really makes me lose inspiration for the commission, keep that in mind!
If i have finished the commission and you come back to me the next day/some time later with sudden complaints or requested edits i am 100% at choice of if i want to make the edits or not. Small errors can still happen and go unnoticed after the finished product but there are only small things I will change as long as i still have the psd.
I will not make huge changes such as "The hair looks wrong now" or "I want a different pattern for the legs"
Without a fee for editing.
I show wips, these are things you need to decide on then and not after it's done.
And please don't claim I didn't put effort into it just because I deny your edit request!
I always put my best effort into any and all drawings I make!
♡Underage Customer/Character♡
You are not allowed to request NSFW work if you are under 18 or of an underaged character.By not mentioning such details I am not at fault and you will be blacklisted after I find out.This includes providing an inaccurate ID.
♡Refunds♡
99% of the time I will not allow refunds
It is completely up to me if I decide to refund a commission or not for any reason.♡Some reasons I will:
I choose to cancel and haven't done much/any of it.
I wouldn't have the time to finish it.♡Some reasons i wouldn't:
Too far into the commission and cannot seem to get it to your liking.
Client is being too picky/rude.
I no longer have time but have finished a large amount.
Customer changes their mind.
The customer rushed/harassed me and I no longer feel comfortable doing it.Please note that these almost never happen!
These are simply set to keep me from losing needed funds.
♡Art Trades♡
You have a set deadline given at the start of a trade, make sure to be on time!
If you are being rude/picky/rushy I can and will cancel the trade.
Wips are optional but you will be required to fix any design errors if it is not correct.
I will be very specific on what will be done (Example: Halfbody/Shaded/FullBG)
Meaning you do exactly that and not partly shaded not sorta shaded FULL shaded, if your style does not match my quality request please let me know so we can change it to suit your style fairly.
I will let you know when my end is done but I will not send my part until your side is sent.
I put just as much work into trades as I do personal art or commissions so please put the same amount of effort into yours.
♡Requests♡
When and if I open up my requests I will have full range on what it is I draw, so if you don't supply enough info about the character it will be your fault if it doesn't have the essence of your character.
(Note I will likely fix it if it's a design error made by me)
I will not however fix design errors made by me IF there's is confusing/inaccurate or lack of reference(s)Requests will be used for examples unless requested not to.
♡Character Trades/Sales♡
Once traded or sold characters from me are not for commercial use unless discussed initially and purchased with commercial use fee!
(This only applies to ones I have designed, please get permission from the designers for commercial use)If a payment plan is needed during a sale you must follow the following terms:You will not receive the character or the character rights until completely paid off.If in the middle of the payment plan you decide you no longer want the character there will be no refunds of previously paid parts (this includes multiple pieces of art if you are trading art).
If you decide to purchase or create art for a character you have not fully paid for yet (including unfinished art if applicable) and do not fulfill payment or cancel there will be no compensation for the art.If you fail to pay/respond to payment warnings for more than 2 weeks the plan will be canceled without refund and you will be blacklisted.Main guidelines:
If I agree to trade a character to you for your art you have 2 weeks to show some sort of progress/respond and a 1 month maximum to finish unless agreed on otherwise at the beginning! Unanswered warnings will result in full cancellation!If trading art you will not receive rights until the piece(s) are finished and are approved to be accurate (This means it needs to follow the designs)Wips for this is optional but changes will be required if incorrect.
♡Character/Art Theft♡
If a commission requested is for a stolen character or requested without permission from the owner(s) I am not responsible and no refunds will be given.
Same thing applies if the references were stolen.
♡Commercial Use♡
Even if you paid for commercial use please still respect my rules for editing! (Simply ask for permission)
If you end up selling a character with a commission that has commercial use you must let the new owners know specifically!
Failure to declare the commission/design for commercial use will result in you not being able to obtain commercial use from me in the future.
